Bogus Bike Buying

So I decided to buy a folding bike.
I went to the Amazon website and chose this one.

However, when I received it, I found that unlike the picture, it had no rack and no mudguards/fenders. I complained to Amazon who told me I should complain to the company that supplied the bike. I emailed BikePartsUSA and they said:

Im sorry but if you read our description of the product it does not come with
the rack. Dahon takes pics of there bikes fully loaded

Well, how would you interpret the above description?

Is it:
Piccolo 3 Speed Coastal Blue Folding Bike Super compact fits in a shopping bag when folded Super portable folds in 15 seconds BioLogic II frame geometry delivers an excellent ride despite the small wheels Fenders And Rack. Optional Magnetix latch holds the bike together when folded.

Or is it:
Piccolo 3 Speed Coastal Blue Folding Bike Super compact fits in a shopping bag when folded Super portable folds in 15 seconds BioLogic II frame geometry delivers an excellent ride despite the small wheels. Fenders and Rack Optional. Magnetix latch holds the bike together when folded.

From BikePartsUSA’s email it appears to be the latter so I am now going to have to buy a rack.
Doh!

In my email reply I said:

While I realize that English may not be your first language, I strongly recommend that you have your descriptions checked by someone who is literate. If you continue with such poor product descriptions you are likely to incur the wrath of a customer more litigious that myself.

Which at least made me feel a little better, but left me wondering if they could actually read what I wrote.
