The APM

Monday I headed off to the ARM Partner Meeting (APM) in Cambridge. Dena and the children stayed in Kettering spending some more time with my folks. Here is my Dad and Fiona at Boughton House

Arriving at the APM I got rather a surprise, my colleague who had been going to give one the presentations had gone on paternity leave, leaving me with the presentation and all of his meetings. Sigh, I wish someone had told me this.

All in all the APM went well and I got some nice dinners in with all my friends including Zogger who was over from Seattle.

Thurs morning I heard the news about the plot to blow up planes and my heart sank. I knew that our return journey was now going to be a living hell. One in which I would constantly be on edge wondering what would happen.

After lunch at the Wrestlers with Prue, Dena picked me up at ARM in the afternoon to take me back to Kettering. Dave and Brian came out of the office to say Hi to us all which was really neat.
