The First Ride

Here we are on our bike. I saw lots of people riding on these in Cambridge and immediately wanted to get one for Alexander and me. I got one at Christmas time and waited until the rain subsided before taking it from work to home. The minute Alexander got on it and we rode off, he was terrified. Darn!
Four weeks on I tried again, telling the wee man it worked better the faster you went. This did the trick and we spent the most of Sunday going around the houses, buying lunch, going to the park, getting ink for the printer and so on. It was just magic!
