The dangers of being a Speaker

On Sunday I am off to Orlando in Florida to speak at a conference. It being Thurs and the having had the organizers ring me and email every day for the past week, I figured I ought to do something about registering. As I clicked through the website filling in my details I was somewhat alarmed to see that I was *required* to enter an emergency contact including name, phone number and what relationship the person is to me. This is a first for me, and I am beginning to wonder exactly how friendly the audience is going to be.
