Compute This!

As a Computer Scientist, I was utterly against Alexander getting his hands on a computer at home at his age (he does computer studies at school afterall). I thought Dena, had similar feelings. So imagine my surprise when I came home one day before Christmas and found she had encouraged him to use her 'puter as a learning aid.

Well, I must admit he does seem to get something out of the website, and sounds out the words on the screen at: www.starfall.com (not recommened for use by English speaking people, but since he is learning American it seems to work fine). Here he is, sounding out words like color and Mom. I expect he will soon be able to spell aluminum too- When in Rome! :-)
