Finally

The plane door closes and we get ready to push off the stand, 15 minutes later I stop sniffling, my nose clears and I can breathe again- I am not breathing unfiltered UK air anymore. The change is so noticeable the Dena remarks on it. Yep, I am now clear for another year.
