Christmas Day
We spend Christmas Eve and Day up and Bob and Marty's. On Christmas Eve, some of B&M's came to dinner which was great fun. Christmas Day for Alexander was quite a different occasion from those he had experienced in the past- There were no cousins to play with. Despite this he had to all intents a splendid time and didn't complain once. Before Gray and Julie left for the UK, I set them up on Skype as I did Bob and Marty. So around noon we were able to video conference with them and the cousins were able to compare gifts.
Bonnie and August came by from Auburn for Christmas lunch/dinner and we had an entertaining dinner were (towards the end) political viewpoints were discussed with enthusiasm. Since I am not yet and American (I expect to be one in 2007) I bowed out and went to build some Lego with Alexander. However, not long now. :-)
